REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PACKAGES SENT TO ARPC LLC:

• Before using the posted mailing address, email or use the Contact Us form from the upper menus to get current mailing instructions.
• Return authorization is required beforehand by email, not phone call.
• Legible photos of the ARP Control installation are required to be emailed to ARPC LLC. Photos shall include all control wiring before removal from fridge.
• The return is required to be shipped within 1 week of authorization; tracking number is required; tracking number (typed into email, no photos) shall be emailed to us ASAP.
• A note shall accompany the package with detailed reason for shipment along with sender return address & phone number. We will not return any packages without written consent.
• The sender is responsible for the package contents; ARPC LLC is not responsible for shipping damage or loss.
• If there are charges or fees associated with the return, we will contact you after our inspection.
